I checked that out a few of years ago on the net. Not really my thing, if I want to look at naked women, I'll get some porn or hit a nudie. For my news I'll watch a proper newscast.

You don't get it in USA probably due to the fact that you can readily get loads of hardcore porn while it is much more difficult to get hardcore stuff in the UK generally.

We just take ourselves here in the USA just alittle to serious sometimes. Good example they have had nude beaches in Europe since before the 60s whole families go, and it is not a big deal. Here in the USA we act like a person who goes to nude beaches is a pervert or someone who has no morals

Yuppers... Canada. We've had it up here for -ages-. It still boggles my mind to watch a fully-naked, and fully-hot girl doin' the weather for my city on the TV. Just seems... surreal.
It's actually border-line bizarre to watch sometimes, though, because they read the news with the most serious and concentrated looks on their faces, trying their best to seem thoroughly professional... while meanwhile taking off their clothing.

I think you can watch the news feeds for free on the Naked News website... at least, you used to be able to. I'm not sure about forum policy regarding that kind of site, so I'll just say it's exactly the www dot com that you'd expect it to be.
We had nude newscasts here in Portugal as well, like 2 years ago. However it didn't last long. It kind of got boring after a while. Then again their choice of women wasn't exactly the best. Saggy breasts and cellulite don't do much for anybody!
What really gets me confused is how the US population can be at the same time so liberal and so conservative! I mean, the whole Janet Jackson's breast situation was completely blown out of proportion!

Yeah... to a couple of things.
First, Naked News has been produced in Toronto since '99 I think. For a while they were in the same building as FM101.2 The Edge (the radio station I listen to) and the DJs were talking about how good life was for them.
Second, priorities in the US are SCREWED UP! It's OK to have big gun fights and swearing but heaven forbid if someone shows a nipple or even worse, genitals. We can thank the Puritans who came to North America five hundred years ago and still hold major influence in the American public to this day.
How did sex become a bad thing? For that matter, how is it that naked flesh is automatically sexual in nature?
