Video: 4.5/5 audio 4.5/5 Subtitle: Timing: 3.5/5 English translation: 3/5 Pretty bad timing and ok subs. They probably tried to release this ASAP. Part 3 pretty much contains the 2nd serie of Fist of the Northstar. Everything is inferior to the 2nd half of the 1st serie. no other comments except that the 2nd half of the 1st serie is a must see(DVD part 2 here).
