How Do You Change an XP theme ?

hello,

im working on my computer to change some looks i found this cool theme for my computer and i want to get it changed to this i got it instaled all i need to do now is add the folder to the themes folder which i cant find. is this the proper way to change the theme or is it not. also how can i do it. i need some help. can anyone out there give me some help?

Right click on your desktop>Properties>Themes>Click on the scroll down menu>Browse>Locate the file/theme which you saved on your computer.

Well i tried that but all i have is the default XP themes. but i got a program to store and change them but it is diffrent then i wanted. none of the themes show up on the list for changing under the settings. for now ill mess around with the program that stores them and allows me to change them. thanks for your help though.
