English or Japanese?

English: Borders/Waldenbooks sell manga for publishers price and they have good selection if you go in person.

Japanese: amazon.co.jp and auctions.yahoo.co.jp Yahoo is troublesome cause of 5% of the sellers on the site export manga. Amazon kicks arse for the latest manga for cheap.

If you want cheapest... http://www.ecampus.com is really cheap like 7.40 per manga with free shipping and 10 bucks off 200 buck order.
The delivery time is slow and stuff but I've gotten used to the wait and I like being able to save the money so it's worth it to me now.

http://www.amazon.com is good when you have certificates. Sometimes I'll get a random 10 dollar cert in my email and you use it. the nice thing is they have that free shipping as well and stuff arrives soon.

i prefer to go to borders or barnes and noble, or find a local comic book shop but most are over priced. i'd rather get my manga instead of ordering it

I go to my local Walden bookstore. You can get there membership for 10.00 bucks, and you get 10% off each purchase and if you spend so much you get gift certificates ( kinda like the replay card @ suncoast). My waldenbooks has a kick ass selection, and if they happen to run out they'll order it for ya (it only takes them about 2-3 weeks to get it in). And every so often then have weekend sales where if you buy 3 paperbacks, you get your 4th free.
