Even if it's out it'll likely be a TV rip. In that case, why not just go with the Fansubs?

i think episode 0 dvd just came out in japan, it includes a replica of Rosette's gun. cool huh. and that's is about it for the dvd for now.

and the anime is licensed recently, so some fansub group had stop fansubbing it.

If you do go for one of the Chrono Crusade sets out, I suggest the AV one over the MI one. Havenen either, but AV's subtitles will be alot better.
