Buying on IA can I pay by sending money by Western Union? And is it good chooice to choose that form of payment?

I wouldn't recommend that road whether he'll accept it or not as it's usually a $15 dollar fee for all transactons $50 and below. I think that's right, anyway it's a rather uneconomical means of payment in my opinion. Just send cash or a money order like it says in the FAQ if you don't want to use Paypal.
