maison ikkoku part two

hi i was just wondering if anyone knows when the second part of maison ikkoku perfect is coming out, because i'm not sure whether to buy the region ones or not (ther'd be no point in buying them if its coming out soon)

Since FX is using the R1s as its source, it'll probably be quite awhile until the next FX set comes on the market -- Vol.3 of Viz's R1 set won't come on sale until sometime this spring, I think (my "Previews" comics magazine doesn't have it available for order yet).
