Hello, sorry to post this, but I've just ordered two sets form here, and though the faq says postage to uk (international) is $12, the shopping basket makes postage $10. So i've paid for $10, does this matter?

I can pay for the $2 extra if you want. Is this insured too?

I did the FAQ a few days ago and did the prices that will take effect on January 1, so u paid correct ammout this time,

to answer your questions u asked in your order is this: its not insured since its shipped via regular air mail parcel but chances of it being taxed are NIL, refer to the FAQ for other info etc etc

My only worry is that i ordered a 9 dvd set earlier this month and it is lost.

But I think that that was a one off.

Sorry to ask, but what happens if it gets lost?

chances of things getting lost from me is very very low (unless a person claims they didnt receive it when they did)
