I just buy my hk anime from NYC Chinatown, this site, and Ebay.
For HK/Japanese live action flicks, sometimes I use either:

Okay, so I found a "To Be With You" VCD and also DVD set on YesAsia, for $60. Im about to ready the credit card when I get to thinking. Those people on the pic dont look familiar. And wait, only Chinese subtitles?

Hey RaNDoM, would I be right in assuming you also watch Korean dramas on KBS (Last I saw Yellow Handkerchief was on but I couldnt really get into it). If so, do you by chance know anywhere that sells the series on DVD with English subs? There was one site I went to awhile ago that had its own special KBS section, and I cant remember where it is. But no matter, they didnt have either drama in. Some links here, for them.

I've only bought hk box set there .
Shipping was pretty fast but be aware :

there are no company name(mac,Mi...)on the box set just DVD VIDEO written on it.

Please dont post up links to other sites in the forum...Maybe you are new to the message boards, but awhile back we had a big discussion about this, basically it was decided not to let people put links up to other sites because one site in particular decided not to let their users post up links to our site..Pretty much everyone knows what site I am refering to so if its not too much to ask just perform a search in google and im sure u will get a bunch of sites or go on the AN message boards to check out the links there...Thanx in advance

PS~kodochafan- I dont like buying anime in chinatown since its pretty much hit or miss on the dvds..there are some places that they actually let you view the dvds before purchase ...also some of the vendors in the Elizabeth Street mall look kinda shady :mad: so I'd be careful if i were you down there

LOL...It's ok...CJV (CookieJarVideo) is cool ....The other users know who I'm talking about lol...some of the CJV users post here too like Suzakukeisen (sp?) and I glance over their boards every now and then...Just this past summer some nasty words were exchanged from the other site towards us hrugs:...Since that site bans their users from linking to us we ban users from linking to their site its no biggie ^_^
