Sega Saturn CD-R question

Recently, it came to my attention that Sega Saturn games are able to play CD-R copies and could be downloaded off the Internet..I tried to download the games and play on my system but my system kept reading the video game files as Audio tracks..I dont have my Saturn modded but instead use the Pro Action Replay memory cart to play my import games..I tried checking on gamefaqs.com but I still cant get it to work..if anyone knows what must be dont in order to play the CD-R copies please aka HELP! lol thanx ! :confused:

when you get these games, are they in .iso/bin and .wav format? if so, there is like only 1 way to do saturn games that come that way.

you either need to find the 'sega saturn cue file maker' and then use any program which works with bin/cue files. or use this lame ass old program called ezcd95 or something like that.
