i just sat down to watch spirited away (which i bought from this site about 2 weeks ago) a couple of hours ago only to realise that half way through the movie the disc skips every 20-30 seconds, which makes watching it very annoying. i soon turned it off and was quite pissed off, not at you guys, it aint your fault. anyway im gonna get some disc cleaner and and see if that helps or try it out on a different dvd player but if this doesnt work would it be possible for me to get a new one? if not through you guys then the company that make them? btw has anyone else had similar problems with mac spirited away discs?

sanosuke, you are first one to tell me of a problem with Spirited Away.. let me know if disc cleaning will help

So does mine. It was the 1 DVD version that also had a chinese audio track, R3 rip I presume

actually i think it must be just my shittin dvd player cause it works fine on my dads. does anyone know if i can use a cd lens cleaner on a dvd player?
