I just read that over at Lik-Sang about how they got screwed over in the UK courts. They didn't even bother to show up to defend themselves because they felt that as a small company they just wouldn't stand a chance against Sony's lawyers.
The Sony Entertainment division has been making some incredibly stupid moves over the past few years trying to make decisions that will ensure their income but ending up costing them both money and reputation.
