Ebay has something called Square Trade, a dispute resolution provider. Not sure if that will help ... but figured I'd mention it. Who knows? Maybe they can get the seller to pay for the return on the game? I suspect you need to know exactly how you'd like the problem resolved. Such as, you want the seller to pay for return shipping and reimburse your bucks. Whatever. (For all I know, you tried Square Trade and got nowhere.)
Sellers are able to comment on negative feedback. At least I've seen some comments. Maybe you can too? There's a community forum. Maybe you could do a search on your problem? I doubt you're the only person who has run into this problem. Cold comfort ...
