Look under the quality of the picture. If ppl gives it 4-4.5 out of 5, the pixelations is pretty decent. Not that bad. As long as it's at least 80% of the perfect score, it's ok.
Anything less than that, you might reconsider.
Anyway, if you want to get a HK set without pixelations at all, it's almost impossible. Only once in awhile, such set exists.
If you are that particular about pixelations, why don't you just get R1s? You can't expect to pay only a fraction of the R1 price to get identical quality since so many eps are packed into a HK DVD.
