what it looks like is its an actual game maybe a psp or ds title but it looks like the people added some characters in like wario and transformers.
if they were to make this a real game it would be a major undertaking since they have guys from all consols so i doubt its real.
but if it is it must be some capcom vs whatever or somn like that
