The AV Comic Party does not have the special. Between the so-so subs and the lack of the special eps, I'd say that there's no contest between MI Comic Party and AV Comic Party. I just happen to be a fairly staunch AV supporter since they seem underrated but do some fairly good HK originals without resorting to swiping existing digisub or fansub scripts. =P
