If it is already completed in R1 form then it is probably only a matter of time until it is put out by FX.
All the same, the best way to keep up on what is going to come out is to check the HK board at http://www.arcticnightfall.com/boards. To use the forum you have to sign up, but it is typically the first place ANY news about new sets can be found, especially for info on new FX sets.
