stuck on FFX

I remember towards the end of the game I used Rikku and made strong group potions to heal everyone. I don't remember what to combine and how rare it is anymore though. When I play RPG's I always save my rarest items (like group elixers) for the last few fights of the game. Ending boss fights are usually a breeze in most games if you do that.
