I even heard story's of people getting "flagged" meaning all their packages are opened by customs after ordering these. I order from these sites regularly and as long as you don't buy in bulk its pretty safe since they come in plastic sleeves (no keepcase) with the cover art and are shipped in brown paper envelopes with stamps and handwriten adress on it so it looks like a big letter.
