GTO is good but so far not as good as the ones mentioned above.
I've read the first 3 or 4 volumes of Golden Boy, its great so far, nice to see Kentaro continue his adventures, he gets alot more action in the manga than he did in the anime.
Azumanga Daioh is a good one too but it's like a 4 panel newspaper comic strip so you there ain't much story behind it.
Fruits Basket has been good so far also, it's pretty similar to the anime but I'm sure it will go alot more further later on.
Bleh, how can you list FLCL manga, that was seriously horrible, the artwork was bad and no plot, no character developement, no interesting dialogue
