You know I've seen all of Hikaru no Go anime 
and I've just recently finished the manga, I was missing like 4 chapters for the longest of times
volume 18 was the side story volume. Toriyama's world removed hikaru no go from its website since it was licensed so you'll have to look for it on irc on a p2p program. I remember getting the rest of it on DC++

This group released most of the chapters from volume 20 to the end. They were missing chapters 162-164 and 168-169.
You can get chapter 168-171 here on bittorrent (those were the chapters I was missing)
