I think the legit R2 dvd went on sale last week or the week before that, the only HK dvd of the third oav series I have seen is the teaser dvd. GO to http://www.tenchi-web.com they've stuff there on this series. I'm definetly excited about this series as well. I just hope they get the same English voice actors to do the series.
