Street Fighter II (the game is terrible now, but then it was god)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Hyper Stone Heist
Dragonball Z Hyper Dimension (possibly the best fighter on SNES)
Akumajou Dracula (I think it was Castlevainia 4?)
Dr. Mario
Flashback
Earthworm Jim
Megaman X series
Mario Rpg
(I'm sure there are more that I haven't thought of yet)

Sega Genesis
Sonic (any of them,except Sonic Spinball)
Shinobi (again any of them)
Phantasy Star 4
Golden Ax (any)
Mortal Kombat (for nostalgic purposes only)
(umm I'm at a loss trying to think of more genesis games??)
