half.com is good (though only open to the US)
ebay is great for finding stuff for cheap (i've gotten many a ps1 game for less then $4)
or, if your area is good... you can check out pawn shops....
a friend of mine picked up DDRMAX at one for like $20 a few weeks back.....
then again... if your area is like mine, then the pawn shops BLOW!!!!
