I don't know about Dragonball, but I have always been very very happy with http://www.sundevildvd.com 's service, and the prices are pretty good.

I also am looking for some more store reccomendations, particularly one just like http://www.discountanimedvd.com (I love buying pocky and manga, and soundtracks are a plus) but with cheaper DVDs, preferably.
