Unknown Sailor Moon S Box Set

I found this Sailor Moon S box set and I'm pretty sure that it's a bootleg. Can anybody tell me what company made it and if it's a good set?

I got u pal,that is the set made by MI,manga intertainment,its a very good set several friends of mine say,i have the FX version,but keep that set,its good.

If you look on the back that yellow writing says MPEG2. Anything with that on it is a bootleg usually by MI.
