What I meant was that traditional Japanese (and Mediterranean) food is the healthiest in the world. I'm not talking about diets as in diets to loose weight.

I would have to agree with Andromeda. I had a good friend who took a year to do foreign studies in Japan. When she first went over, she was kinda chunky and when she returned after only one year, she had slimmed down completely and was gorgeous. She said she didn't exersize at all, she just ate the food that her host family gave her and she lost the weight naturally. Makes me want to visit Japan for a while.... :o

I eat broccoli almost every day (as well as a bunch of other vegetables), and I like it very much. I am from a Mediterranean country after all.

I hate broccoli or any food that is green in color.

Mmmm... broccoli... brussel sprouts... spinach... collared greens... artichokes... all good food. Even my two year old daughter enjoys all of these (although carrots are her favourite).
Everybody in my whole family likes pretty much all foods (except I don't care for tomatoes and my dad doesn't like cucumbers)
Gullible isn't in the dictionary.

The only veggie I don't like is spinache.
Japanese food is mostly just fish, veggies and seaweed. There are only 4 dishes I know of that are japanese that use beef or chicken but they require alcohol and $15 worth of vegetables.

Wow, from Korean pop stars to vegetables, theses forums never cease to amaze me.
I'd eat anything at least once, I've eaten some pretty nasty stuff in my lifetime, some good, some bad but I've never refused any of it.

Well one of the reason's that Asian's are so slim on the majority (there is no obese problem in thier contry) is due to mainly 2 things. Thier diet (as in what they eat thier whole life) My Japanese and Korean friends were always amazed at how often we (Americans) ate meat. That included Beef, Pork, and Poultry. They explained to me that while are meal is 60% meat thier's is 60% rice and they have meat only half the dinners we do.
Second they are involed in sometime of activity from an early age. Range from sports to music. Anything that keeps them active. I am known as the Red leader of the Ichi Hentai!

There are so many countrys I'd like to visit. Right now, my fiance and I are going to try and see if we can get stationed in Germany when he gets commissioned. That would be awesome because then we could visit most of the other countries in Europe on weekends and vacations. Plus it just sounds fun to live in Germany for a few years. :p He speaks German anyways, so that would work out great (not that he doesn't speak half the languages in Europe anyways... the stinker ).
