Review rating problem

This isn't a huge deal but sometimes when I rate a reviewer from the review section it won't let me rate any other for that same set. So say there are two reviews in the section and I vote "Yes" on one to let the reviewer know it was helpful, the page reloads but when I try to vote "Yes" or "No" on the other review it tells me that I have already rated that review.

I thought I made a mistake at first but i've had this same problem four times now. No idea why it does this, but you may want to check it out and see if you can figure out why it's doing it. Maybe if you get very bored some time lol.

Ok i looked into the code and i can't find anything. I just tested it with multiple ratings on a single item.. If there are lots it should only give it to you when you have rated the same review before.. since its based on review id and not the item id of what the review is.. If you can try out some more and find something more specific it would be handy..
