if you want the lowest price, latest models, but shipped from overseas, go here

http://www.success-hk.com

for a canadian dealer, try http://www.easybuy2000.com

both are good, but the latter a bit pricier.

i've used success, and they are awesome compared to http://www.lik-sang.com

=)

its a form of "smart media" basically the Flash card is a rewritable "floppy" on which you can store GBA roms on and then plug it into youre GBA and viola you can play the GBA game!!!

Damn, I had never heard of that. Does it only work with the GBA games or can you use it with older GB games, like original Tetris?

It all depends , some are a down load from the net- check out a few of the GBA sites for more information .I orderd one for my son a few weeks ago, and he told me he can put 7-8 full games on the flashcard , and can drop a game and add a game any time he wants and now he wont have to pay 50 bucks every time he wants a new game.

Actually the Gameboy Advance Flash cart only works with GBA roms, it won't work for GBC or GB games. However there is a Flash Cart/Linker out there for just GB/GBC games (and this one won't hold GBA games), it is quite a bit cheaper then the GBA linker as well. I personally own a 64 Meg Flash card that will hold GB/GBC roms, and also a 16 Meg Flash card for Neo Geo Pocket Color Roms.

Do you need to mod the GBA player or something to be able to use the flash cards?

Nope you just pop it into your GBA or whatever and Play, there is a built in Selection Menu that you select which game you want to play as well.

You can buy the Card with the Linker or without the linker, that way you only have to buy the "startup" kit once and then buy more carts if you want. :-D
