those are words invented for the purpose of not repeating yourself... have your english teacher ever told u to try to use another word that means the same thing so that u dont repeat the same word over and over? well there u have it ;p

Conotation

Clever gives the idea that you are quick witted and with sometimes unorthodox thinking

brilliant is a word people use when someone comes up with something unexpectedly smart

Clever is when u can think on ur own
Brillant is when u are taught something and u understand
Intelligent is been both brillant and clever

So, is it possible to be all three?

As far as I see it, here are my definintions:
Clever: Quick witted and has commen sense (Knows how to use the wheel)
Intelligent: Not nessiceraly book smart, but has a better understanding of things then your normal Joe (Knows how to use the wheel, but also knows how and why it works)
Brillant: Comes up with a new way to do something better...inovation (Makes a better, faster Wheel)
Adding one more:
Genius: Thinks in terms that mear humans can bearly grasp (Scraps the wheel, invents hover craft)Cool
