Yeah but we were talking about 16 bit systems the Neo Geo was 24 bits, but you are right, it kicked the crap out of both the Super Nes and Genesis.

Neo Geo had multiple processors. One that was 16-Bits and an audio processor that was 8 Bits I believe. In that sense, the main game processor was 16-Bit. You can't just add them up. If that were the case, the Sega Saturn would have been a 112 Bit system.

My fav games were:

Genesis: Tie between Sonic 2 and Sonic & Knuckles + Sonic 3 locked together.
Honorable mention: Contra Hard Corps and Rocket Knight Adventures

SNES: Super Mario World
honorable mention: Super Metroid and FF4 Hard-Type

Neo Geo: All the King Of Fighters Games Big Grin (98 and 99 especially)
Honorable Mention: Fatal Fury Series + Last Blade Series.

Man The Last Blade 2, which I have on DC, is an AWSOME game. One sweet looking hand drawn fighter. I love the zombie guy, I can't remember his name. Was he in the first one??? I love watching him crash into the game over sign!!!
