A stupid question

Okay, this is a stupid question but, why is Hentai so popular. Is it just that half the world consist of nerdy kids, who can't get a boy/girl friends?:wink: Or do people just enjoy trying to recreate the movie with their lover? Or, are most the people just bored as hell? :roll:

I don't have a huge collection of hentai but I do enjoy watching it from time to time. Sometimes I'll watch it by myself as inspiration for masturbational fantasies. Other times I'll watch it with my wife to set the mood for the evening. Sometimes I just like sharing it with some of my friends for a good laugh.

The point is, well done hentai (or any porn) is arousing. Being aroused can be quite pleasant and most people I know like to do things they find pleasant.

Keep in mind what some people find arousing, other people will find sick and disgusting (I still don't understand the attraction to golden showers or regurgitation play). One nice thing about hentai is that real people aren't forced to perform anything they would otherwise decline to do (this is a realy big topic but I'm going to drop this part of it here). Hentai allows otherwise fantastic or unprobable situations to be played out.

Just remember that the whole thing is fantasy. Real life relationships are supposed to be fulfilling to both people involved.
