For Steve it'll be Maison Ikkoku.

For me it's X / Rurouni Kenshin / Initial D.

For Junkie Joe it's either Berserk or Initial D.

For KS it's Initial D.

For Dark Osamu it's probably Berserk.

oh well bebop, hellsing, eva, ranma, excel, irresponsible captain tylor tv & OVA and some others would be at the top of my list.

One Piece. I can't stress how good that series is.

Cowboy Bebop. it had everything. wonderful graphics, great music, and unlike most animes, it had an actual ending that everyone could understand.
