I really don't understand that! They must like his macho man look. What I don't get is why women go all hysterical over some hot celebrity. I mean, why were those women screaming like crazy at Alexander's premiere? I like hot men as well but I'd never scream like that.

Dream on!! They don't fade... I should know... had mine for oh... going on 22 years now... and creams don't help, I used Vitamine E and cocoa butter the entire time I was pregnant just to prevent stretch marks!!

Crap, then I better get some of that cream Andromeda was talking about then. Sad

Some people will probably think I shouldn't be telling you this but I think you should know things as they are. I still firmly believe you should take meds if you are bi-polar because if you are then you are in serious danger. Bi-polars often commit suicide, when they're depressed they're extremely depressed. Your depression might not even be "natural", if you kow what I mean, just a result of the disease. The euphoria that comes with it isn't great either, people have no common sense and do the most absurd things. Do get tested for bi-polar and treated by a psychiatrist because it will be for the best. Wouldn't you go to the doctor if you had pneumonia?
Oh, and in case you're not bi-polar (I sincerely hope you're not) get tested for ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) because not being able to focus and never finishing the things you start are symptoms of it.

I always figured it was a small case of ADD, but then when it came up tthat Bi-Polar is in the family & I heard the symptoms I was like "BINGO!"

I don't know when or if my dad is actually gonig to have me tested, he may have been joking, but I hope he wasn't. Way I see it is if it interfears with either my writing, or who I feel I am or should be, then I'd just stop taking the medication. Not a good thing, but I don't want to not be me.

As for chicks & famous guys, I don't get it either, which then agian I don't get it when guys freak out over a hot girl Rolleyes

As for stretch marks, mine have came & gone many times, sadly they're with me at present.

Yeah that is true about ADD and some of the most intelligent/creative people have had it. But man I have to agree with Andromeda you should get tested for both. The sooner you find out the cause the better and I know that from life experience. I did terrible in school as a kid because of it but now I manage to get straight As and a GPA of 4.0...

I did have to look up bipolar though and I have been through things similar to it before in different periods of time such as extreme depression, thoughts of suicide, and things of that sort. I hope you can get it taken care of though whatever it is and get whatever help it is that you need.

I don't know if anyone can explain this problem though it has been going on since my time of great depression a few years ago and that depressions never fully left. Constantly I feel depressed deep inside I never knew why just do even when I am happy it stays the same. It's really bizzare and I can't figure it out. One possible reason could be bad memories but even im not sure. I only bring it up because I know theres so many people here with different knowledge and theres always a chance that someone may know....

Only with surgery can you get completely and permanently rid of those marks but like I said before a cream can help a lot. I had a friend whose thighs had lots of stretch marks, she went to the dermatologist and the doctor told her to use one of those anti-stretch marks creams. After 6 months of using the cream they vanished. She was lucky because they're not supposed to vanish completely but they'll be much less noticeable and you'll be able to go out without your shirt on. Of course you're going to need a whole lot of patience because those creams must be applied daily for a very long time.

I don't think I can help you much. You may suffer from constant and recurrent depression even if it doesn't feel as bad as it did in your time of great depression. Maybe someone else here will be able to be more helpful. In any case maybe consulting a doctor would be a good idea. There are so many factors that lead to depression, like stressful events, hormonal imbalances and biochemical abnormalities, that only a specialist will be able to help you figure out what's going on.

I'm with her, my guess is it's a hormonal embalance. See Zoloft

That's pretty funny, cuz everyone who knows me swears I have ADD. But I've always managed to make myself focus on something when I absolutely have to, so I've never gotten it checked out. But in everyday life, I'm all over the place and that's why I never read really long posts by you guys. That's why I think it's BS. You can 'will' your way to anything.

Bout the same here, when it comes to a really important project I can usually force myself to do the work, but I don't like having to force myself to do much of anything.
