Ok let's review here.

-I love anime and have been a hardcore Otaku for 3 years.
-I just watched 4 episodes of Inu Yasha last night, and was pissed that I couldn't sit down and watch the last 12 episodes of the set.
-I play football, so what, that doesn't make me like your "friend". Whoever the hell he is.
-Did he strive to get on the math team?
-I don't pass my girlfriends around like sluts.
-Actually I enjoy DBZ and Pokemon. :mrgreen:
-I've already planned my trip to see Spirited Away in theaters.(ie. Pilgrimage to Mecca)
-I'm crazy enough to post over a thousand posts on this board.
- Already have my anime purchases planned out until next year.
-I like who I am, and I don't care what others think

I don't really see why everyone doesn't like Anime.
Most people that don't like it just want to simple minded cartoons with no plot.

Though I also don't like people who like "Japanamation" because it's cool. You know the type, who like Speed Racer because it's "different".

Japanimation is an early(early 1990's) term for anime.

That's what I thought, but I don't ever hear anyone here use it.
