Cheesy doesn't begin to describe it. Some things should NEVER be made live-action, and that includes Dragonball.
Link doesn't work for me. Is this the one Fox is/was working on or the old extremely hard to find japanese one? As of a few months ago when I checked it seems as though Fox was still working on it. Not sure now though.
To be honest i dont have a clue.

try that link out.

little info

"Director
Joe Chan

Starring:
Ruby Tse, Don Wong, Paul Kam, Eddie Chan, Annie Lai

Can the evil King Zorn be stopped before he finds the seven Dragon Pearls he needs to rule the Earth? Non-stop action adventure in this world famous manga and anime series. "
How did you ever find that? lol. I looked around for that for quite a while a few years ago because I wanted to see just how goofy it was. That's obviously the really poorly done live action movie db fans would like to forget. I wonder if fox will ever come out with their dbz movie though. Been in the works for years. =/
I got an email from choices telling me about ther new releases, i followed tthe link and then when to see if they sold any anime. And i ended up stubling acros that.
Yeh its real lol it was in Manga Mania (any UK people remember that? Nostalgia!) and had a picture of the lead looking even cheesyer!
i dont, whats manga mania
Its one of the earliest UK anime/manga magazines... Used to run the Akira manga in b&w aswell...
where can u get it from
Think its been stopped, not seen one in an age

Just USA imported NewTypes mainly
Backissues are rare we're talking nearly ten years I think... They then changed to Manga Max but it didnt last I dont think...
I liked Manga Mania/Max for it's size. At the time it was the largest anime magazine.
I just threw out my entire Manga Mania collection the other day. No space to store it anymore.
