Well, my hentai knowledge is limited. Mainly to Venus 5 and Sailor And The Seven Balls. Both seem to work.
Venus 5 had tentacles aplenty. If I remember right. Though it was more like a disturbing Sailor Moon wannabe.

I thought both Mezzo Forte and Kite were both great animes but in both of them the sex scenes felt stitched in and not really part of the story. It was kind of like having really graphic sex scenes just to sell more anime. Like I said to start with though... both are great anime.
Cool Devices is one of the most hard core series there is. I thought that's what the request was originally for. If you want perversion and graphic details and don't care about the story too much, this title is perfect.
Adventure Kid is one of my favourites to balance the sex and story. This is the title I've pulled out to rewatch the most often of my Hentai vids.
Sailor Moon and the Seven Ballz is some pretty crazy stuff. Keep in mind the whole thing is done by fans so the animation quality is some of the worst I've even seen. The whole thing is a hoot to watch if you ever get the chance.

It's not all porn that's illegal in Canada, just stuff that has a sex and violence in the same scene. That means all that tentacle rape stuff, all the bondage stuff, and sex-fu stuff are illegal. A lot of the time customs don't bother opening the packages but when they do, they keep the whole package even if only one title breaks the laws here.
I think you've got to get a license or special permit to import and resell pornography in Canada. I mean check out amazon.ca or go to a comic book store in Canada, they have plenty of hentai there and they were the nearly identical to the stuff JJ ordered that customs Canada was confiscating (AS/MAC specializing in R1 rips of hentai) from him.
