Reviews for Jubei-Chan 1 and 2 Perfect Collection 26 Oct 2006 19:35:58
Video: Rating of 2.5 out of 0 Audio: Rating of 4.5 out of 0 Subtitles: Rating of 3.0 out of 0 Overall: Rating of 3.3 out of 0
The first disk has 8 episodes with pixelation at almost every fast moving scene, it also freezes every once in awhile. The Second disk has 5 episodes and only freezes a couple of times and has slight pixelation. The third disk is a mess with 13 episodes on one disk... during fight scenes you can barely tell what's going on. Yuck.

Eng. dub audio is much too soft sounding compared to the Jap. audio, other than that nothing nothing is wrong with it.

Doesn't match very well on the third disk but the other two are decent. Huge white text, very noticable and a bit distracting (did they really have to take up half the bottom screen?)

Get this set only for Jubei-Chan (I don't even plan to watch it as I bought it thinking it was just J2) because it's not that horrible. Do not get this set if you actually want to see J2, because you won't be able to tell what the hell is going on. The box has nice artwork on the front and every disk has an image on it that isn't too stupid looking.
