i think this is the AV 3 dvd gatefold, they released a gatefold after they reelased the final 3rd volume.

I hear they get the names wrong a lot of the time, and the rest of the standard HK "things". I don't know from first hand experience, but will find out after christmas. That series is definitely one I need to get. 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O 8O
