Kyaaa! Seki Tomokazu is my favorite! How could you not add that he did Shindou Shuichi (Gravitation), Dee Laytner (Fake), Chichiri (Fushigi Yuugi), Souhma Kyo (Fruits Basket), Meppuru (Pretty Cure), Ryuuzouji Junpei (Those who hunt elves), Hidaka Ken (Weiss Kreuz), Van Fanel (Escaflowne)....I go nuts everytime I hear his voice in an anime series....you should have seen me go nuts when I heard that Seki Tomokazu did the voice of Shindou Shuichi in Gravitation.... :p ....

...too hard! But Seki Tomozaku, Koyasu Takehito (his role as Ran Fujimia in WeiB Kreuz was awesome), Hayashibara Megumi, Ueda Yuuji, are especially good. Now not to take Vicious's line, but I like Hilary Haag and a lot of other ADV voice actors, too.

I try to watch as many of my anime in english as possible so I haven't seen many shows in japanese but from the ones I have seen the whole cast of naruto springs to mind. Every single voice on there fits the charrecter perfectly and the timming and energy put into it is awesome. The cast of Scryed was pretty good aswell.
