Originally it was 2MB, but they have been slowly updating accounts. It would appear that most US members have gotten updated and not many outside the county.

Thanks, but I got one of those recently. I use it mainly to store older emails because everyone I know has my hotmail address and I don't want to change it.
According to the guy in the article this little trick should have updated the account for 250MB but for some reason it didn't. Anyway, I'm satisfied with 25MB, it's enough to keep my inbox from constantly reaching the limit.
