It was working fine until IT installed something called Spybot Search and Destroy.

what has happened is it changed your internet explorer to only allow temporary cookies. You need to enable save all cookies from this site so that it saves the info for your to auto login.

right click on the IE icon, go to "privacy" and enable cookies.
