So i am a big fan of the mech type anime right... the Gundams, EVA, and well you get the point. But i was wondering about other good anime that doesnt have mechs in it. I heard Noir is bomb; anyway, your thoughts.

So far I'm agreeing with just about everything I've seen listed above, especially Cowboy Bebop.
I'm going to add Berserk to that list as well as Initial D. Those are two of the better series I've seen n the last few years.

i do have to disagree with some of u, FLCL is in fact a mecha series. however, its one of the best nevertheless.
perfect blue and fruit baskets are both excellent non mecha anime

Saiyuki is a funny one. I love Saiyuki. I also agree with Jiro Komyoji. I love Naruto. Go Kakashi!
