could someone tell me how the quality (sub/audio/video) of Cardcaptor Sakura TV and Pokemon 4 are?

about Card Captor Sakura, both AS and MI sets were very good, and what I suspect is its one of those 2 sets repackaged into the new Gatefold packaging,
no clue about the pokemon thingie
