anyone remember the good old days when fansubs were on tape and you could sponsor a subtitler and all that good stuff ?

Yeah andit was like you were in this little club that only you were in. I remeber those days. Every 3 or so years you'd see a commercial for all this monthly tape stuff and you HAD to order buy credit card and if you missed the phone number you'd have to wait three more years to see it.

Yeah back in 1992 animelabs was the shit. If you in bad terms with those guys you had to wait an extra year to see the stuff they were already fansubbing. I don't miss those days at all paying 25 bucks for two episodes of anime.
