pretty nice, i dont think those are R1 rips, cuz its only contains jap with chi/eng sub.
Nice packaging, but i prefer those FX/MI/MAC boxes, hehe.

hmm also, it says japanese voice english chinese subs, so if its really a new packaging from AV, it has no so good subtitles.
