Now and Then, Here and There. Get it while they still have it here!!!! ohh yeah and if you can find a cheap HK perfect collection of it Blue Gender.
Of course I would also recommend: Maison Ikkoku, Oh My Goddess, Berserk, Video Girl Ai, Scryed, Macross, and X is really moving up there on my all time favorite list.

You might also like Berserk(as already mentioned), Kenshin fans usually like Berserk and vice versa. Samurai Deeper Kyo is honorable mention as well.

New 0083 FX set has that fixed.

Still get ZZ, it's STILL part of UC.
