One of the most ridiculous and for that matter, "dumbest" games I have seen is Resident Evil Gaiden for Gameboy Color. Yes, I am a big RE fan, and yes, I bought that garbage, and actually played through it once, mind you...but that was still a dumb idea and a total discrace to RE, in my opinion. Oooooo...look out for the 8-bit, green, pixelated zombie that I need my worm light to see.
About Revolution X, I thought the game was kinda fun...but the concept was...well...

Ok now I have to come to the defense of one of my arcades...
Now let make this very clear I only enjoyed the game in the arcades not any of the home versions... Revolution X is great as an arcade sucked on the at home consles they didn't even support light guns...
As for dumb games let's just put barbie game for the NES in that list... Oh and here is a picture of my Revolution X arcade in my house got it for 100 bucks not that my friends was a steal...

Resident Evil Survivor should be on the list. It didn't have GUNCON support?! One of the only games I bought and sold nearly immediately.
