I saw a listing in Ebay selling a "set" of GK 1-24 and GK 21 to be released on September 1...Does anyone have any info on this? Thank you.

It is not unusual for anyone selling the complete series because the series is in Japanese. All animes are in Japanese before they are dubbed in English and sold in US or anywhere else. It is perfectly normal for anyone to have a complete series in Japanese before they are even released in English.
