Hi, I hope I'm not too late.
I live in HK, and you should go to Sino Center in Mong Kok.
That place is a seedy-like mall, but just about every shop there sells bootleg anime.
You can also get cheap porn and DVD rips of cinema intheaters. (Sometimes it's the camcorder in theater though. =D

The DVD's are dirt cheap, and there's collectible shops on the lower floors. There's also a bootleg anime music store.

Well for the bootleg stuff that you guys order here, it's just a little less. You know, since you don't pay S/H and it isn't an imported speciality.
My Cowboy Bebop set cost HKD 120. You can go check how much that is in USD, I'm not sure. I think you divide it by 7.
